We aim for next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network. The fastest possible delivery for other areas will take between 4 - 6 business days to arrive.
DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES ? Yes we do ship to PO Box addresses within Australia.
I PAID BY PAYPAL BUT MY PAYPAL ADDRESS IS OUTDATED NOW - WHICH ADDRESS WILL YOU DELIVER MY PARCEL TO? We will deliver your parcel to the 'delivery address' specified when checking out in our online store.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING? Please allow 4 to 5 hours for your tracking details to appear from the time you receive your order tracking email. For WA residents tracking will only appear once the parcel has arrived in WA so please allow an extra day.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER? Yes we do need a signature on delivery for all parcels. If you are not available at the time of delivery then your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED? Parcels are not insured but we will endeavour to replace or provide a store credit (if the item ordered is no longer available) if your parcel has been deemed lost by the respective freight carrier. Investigations may take up to 10 working days to complete.
WHAT DELAYS ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCKDOWNS? Post Offices remain open and deliveries continue, but delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes. Express Post deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 days. This will impact deliveries nationwide. The Post are making every effort to minimise delays and apologise for the inconvenience.
LOCAL HOME DELIVERY
We offer local home delivery for addresses within 30km of Hamilton. This is automatically offered to eligible addresses at checkout. Only available for addresses within 30km of Beaumont Street, Hamilton, NSW.
- $5 Delivery for homes within 10km of Boutique
- $10 Delivery for homes within 10km to 20km of Boutique
- $15 Delivery for homes within 20km to 30km of Boutique.
DURING LOCKDOWN PERIODS: During lockdowns home delivery will take place between 4pm to 6pm seven days a week. Same day delivery will occur if orders are made before 12pm. Orders after 12pm will be delivered the next day.
DURING NORMAL LIFETIME: Home Delivery is only available outside of normal trading hours of Boutique. Although we aim for same day delivery, please allow for next day delivery as a precaution. You can expect deliveries to take place:
- Monday to Saturday 4pm to 6pm
- NO delivery available on Sunday
CLICK & COLLECT
Available for customers living local in Newcastle and surrounds. Also known as Local Pick Up. Perfect for customers to order online and collect themselves or have helpers collect for them. If ordering during trading hours your order will be ready within two hours.
Unfortunately during lockdowns the Boutique is closed. This means no Local Pick Up is available during times of lockdown, however home delivery is highly recommended during this time.

Pick up hours are from Tuesday to Saturday between 10am to 3pm

Hooray! We deliver our wonderful clothes worldwide. All International deliveries are sent by Post or Express International and will take up to 6 business days to arrive.
Shipping cost is a variable fee for shipping and handling outside Australia. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.
The postal charge does not include any possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order will be received. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
