Its important to us here at YUM MUM TUM that you are happy with your order, products and service you have received with us.
If for any reason you wish to return an item you have received, we happily offer credit vouchers of the same value as per our policy below. All credit vouchers have a two year expiry policy so you have plenty of time to reuse your funds.
We offer free returns for seven days from the date your parcel was delivered.
Our exchange & returns policy is strictly valid for 14 days from the day Australia Post shows the parcel delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or return.
For change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes selected by yourself, an exchange only will apply providing its within the 14 days. This also applies to all Preorder items.

*Unfortunately, free returns for change of mind purchases are only available to Australian residents. Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the customer unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs, and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
We do not refund on items other than deemed faulty, and the fault is not that of your own. The same 14 day policy applies for a faulty item.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with tags still attached where applicable, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened and unworn or washed.
To complete your exchange, you may need to have the item returned for inspection prior to the agreement of an exchange.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on gift vouchers, personalised products, health products, underwear, breast pumps, nappy change clutches/wallets, change mats/pads, opened baby wipes, breast pads, women’s re-usable liners/pads, skincare, personal care items or hosiery. Bras however, may still be returned following the same returns policy as other garments.
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. This includes any Preorder items. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders, providing it is within 14 days of the parcel deemed delivered.
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email or call within 14 days of receiving your item to advise us.
All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange or, at our discretion, we may offer refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We may offer you a refund only if we cannot replace a faulty item.
If a faulty item has been approved, a refund will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method you used for your order, or ultimately a credit for an exchange will be issued.
Our 14 day return policy is applicable to sale items. This includes items where a discount code has been used.
Preorders are not eligible for a refund, unless an items contains a fault and not that of your own. A refund is also not permitted if 14 days has passed since you received your parcel.
If you change your mind and you are yet to receive your order, we can only issue a store credit, or we may assist you in selecting an item available to send immediately.
If you wish to return items due to change of mind once you have received your order, providing its within 14 days of receiving your item, postage costs associated to return is at your own expense. If items are not faulty, a store credit will be issued, less the total postage cost to initial send out your parcel.
Please take note of this if you are wanting to preorder an item, as once a preorder has been ordered for you, they are specifically ordered as per your paid order.
For unavailable preorders, we may offer a refund, credit or exchange for the unavailable item at our discretion.
For any cancellation of a preorder where a refund may be offered, a cancellation fee of $10.50 will apply. This covers website fee's, PayPal/Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for change of mind purchases, providing they are still in new unopened, unworn and unwashed condition and where applicable, tags still attached.
We hope you love your new purchase, however if something isn't right we are happy for you to return your items for a credit voucher for the same value of your item.
Stock and products are thoroughly checked and rechecked before they are posted, but please understand that on the rare occasion, an item may be faulty. If an item is faulty, please contact us
Please note - This must be returned to us before 14 days of receiving your order.
All items will be inspected upon receiving them back to us, and on some occasion, will be sent back to our supplier for assessment or repair.
Please be advised that items need to be returned within the 14 day policy period.
To return your product, please send to YUM MUM TUM Boutique located at 137 Beaumont Street, Hamilton, NSW, Australia, 2303. A return postage label will be emailed to you as soon as possible.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
